Cancellation & Refund Policy – [SEEDWEB MEDIA]

At SeedWeb Media, we are committed to delivering quality support and services that meet the needs of our users. However, we understand that there may be instances where a cancellation or refund is required. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which such requests will be handled.


1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all users who have availed of or subscribed to services provided by SeedWeb Media, including but not limited to:

  • Customer support consultations
  • Paid query resolution services
  • Subscription plans or one-time support services
  • Technical assistance
  • Documentation services
  • Any form of digital support or helpline package

2. Cancellation Policy

a) One-Time Support Services

  • You may cancel a booked support session or ticket within 4 hours of purchase, provided the service has not yet commenced.
  • Cancellations after this time may not be eligible for refunds if the work has already begun.

b) Subscription Plans

  • Users subscribed to a monthly or annual support plan may cancel their plan at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made in the middle of a billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with operational fairness. Please review the criteria below:

a) Full Refund

You may be eligible for a 100% refund under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation made within the allowable time window and the service has not been rendered.
  • The Help Center was unable to provide the promised service or response within the committed timeframe.
  • Technical errors (double payment, failed transaction, etc.) resulting in overcharges.

b) Partial Refund

A partial refund may be granted in situations where:

  • The user cancels a service after partial work has been completed.
  • There is a documented issue or dissatisfaction partially affecting service delivery, verified and acknowledged by our team.

c) No Refund

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The cancellation is made after full service delivery or completion.
  • The user is dissatisfied due to reasons unrelated to service quality (e.g., change of mind, no longer needed).
  • The service was delayed due to the user’s failure to provide required information or cooperation.
  • The user violates our Terms of Service or attempts to misuse the refund system.

4. Refund Request Process

To initiate a cancellation or refund request:

  • Email us at webiture.con@gmail.com
  • Include your full name, order ID, service name, and a clear reason for cancellation/refund
  • All valid requests will be processed within 7–10 business days

5. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be made via the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
  • In case of cash payments or bank transfers, refunds will be made through NEFT/IMPS after verifying the user’s identity.
  • No cash refunds will be issued.

6. Service Non-Delivery or Technical Glitches

If a service is not delivered due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, we will either:

  • Offer a full refund
    or
  • Reschedule the service at no extra cost, based on the user’s preference

7. Emergency Situations

In case of medical emergencies, system breakdowns, or accidental purchases, we may review refund requests on compassionate grounds. Supporting documents may be required.


8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding the cancellation or refund, both parties agree to resolve the issue amicably. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi, India.


9. Modifications to This Policy

SeedWeb Media reserves the right to change or update this policy at any time. Updated policies will be reflected on our website and will be effective from the date of publication.
